Mr. Guo Yezhou

Mr. Guo Yezhou, ethnic Han, born in February 1966, native of Huai’an, Jiangsu Province, Bachelor of Art. Member of the Communist Party of China since July 1993.

Guo Yezhou was admitted into the German Language Department of Beijing Foreign Studies University in September 1983. He started to work in August 1987 at the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and has successively served as Deputy Division Director, Division Director, Deputy Director-General of Bureau VIII, Deputy Director-General and then Director-General of the Research Office, Director-General of Bureau II, Assistant Minister and concurrently as Director-General of the General Office. He worked at Linzi District of Zibo City, Shandong Province between November 1989 and October 1990 to gain community working experience. He was posted and served in the Chinese Embassy in the Federal Republic of Germany from March 1991 to August 1993 and from January 1996 to February 1998. He worked as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Fengrun County Committee in Hebei Province between May 2001 and January 2002. From August 2010 to August 2013, he served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Bulgaria. He assumed the office of Vice-Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee in January 2014. 　

郭业洲

　郭业洲，男，汉族，生于1966年2月，江苏淮安人，大学学历，文学学士。1993年7月加入中国共产党。1983年9月进入北京外国语学院德语系学习。1987年8月在中共中央对外联络部参加工作，历任副处长、处长、八局副局长、研究室副主任（副局级）、研究室主任（正局级）、二局局长、部长助理、部长助理兼办公厅主任。1989年11月至1990年10月在山东省淄博市临淄区基层锻炼。1991年3月至1993年8月、1996年1月至1998年2月赴中国驻德意志联邦共和国大使馆工作。2001年5月至2002年1月在河北省丰润县挂职锻炼，任县委副书记。2010年8月至2013年8月任中国驻保加利亚共和国特命全权大使。2014年1月任中共中央对外联络部副部长。
