Hon. Eduardo Frei Ruiz-Tagle was born on June 24, 1942.  He is a Chilean politician and was President of Chile from 1994 to 2000. He was also a Senator, fulfilling the role of President of the Senate from 2006 to 2008.

智利政治家、前总统，1942年出生于智利首都圣地亚哥。1991年~1993年任基督教民主党主席，同年当选为智利总统，1994年3月正式就职，任期至2000年。2006年至2008年担任参议院议长。
