The Third Silk Road NGO Cooperation Forum was launched in Zhengzhou, Henan Province on October 20. Representatives from various countries, including individuals from civil society organizations, business communities, think tanks, and universities, totaling approximately 400 participants, joined the event through a hybrid online and offline approach.
